✹   iCube Solutions do not provide following Softwares or any kind of relavant service / support to Private Agencies / Civilians / Non-Investigative Agencies.

Software Products and its Price Details:

      Note : AMC - Annual Maintenance Contract charges are applicable from starting of the second year onwards.

✹ All the prices mentioned above are excluding GST, so the charges of GST (18%) will be added to the above prices.

✹ Annual Maintenance Contract Charges (For New Updates and Customer Support)are to be paid on or before install date and month of every year.

✹ Prices are not Negotiable and Non-Refundable.

✹ Installations of the Softwares are done through Remote Application Online.

✹ User Manual & Video Tutorials Links will be sent to the User Email ID.

✹ Customer Support (18/7): 6:00 AM to 12 AM(Midnight) through On Call, E-mail and Remote Login Support.

✹ Installation and all the features of the Software will be explained through On Call, E-mail and Remote Login Support.

✹ Software installation will be done only after confirmation of total payment.

✹ In case of Desktop / Laptop system Failure or Change or on new purchase, installation will be initiated without any additional cost.

✹ All the prices mentioned above are applicable only for Online Installation & demonistration.

✹ If user expects, iCube Solutions Engineer to come to their Office Premises and do the installation, demonistration or to conduct any kind of CDR Trainings / Workshops then additional charges are applicable (Min. Rs. 5,000 to Max. Rs. 20,000 per day) based on number of participants and the distance from our office.

✴ iCube Solutions is not responsible for the System Configuration, installation, Softwares / Tools Licensing costs which are mentioned in the Pre-Requisites     Section.

✴ iCube Solutions do not provide Call Detailed Records (CDR), Subscriber Detailed Records (SDR), Current location of a Mobile Number, Tower ID details.
