District Police Office Management (DPOM) Software is used for the Administration activities of District Police Office, File Monitoring and Tracking, online availability of required file formats for section in-charge, etc., The officers having highest level Access to DPOM can be able to check, monitor and track all kind of applications / requests in one click. The idea behind this is going forward DPOM should act as a Paperless and e-office for all administration activities including file initials, approvals, file movement, sending alerts to concerned section in-charge and status updates. End to End e-office implementation from the point the application / request received by the Clerk in Inward section and the journey of the file through officers, sections till it reaches to Outward section for final Disposal of the file.
